Mickaela is the Head Coach of the 15U Girls – Explosion Team.

Although this is her first year on Coaching Staff with BYVC, Mickaela brings many years of coaching experience from the high school level, namely with Halton Catholic, Burlington Blaze and now St. Johns College.

Mickaela has played university level scouted to FSU. She is an In-Training NCCP Development Coach and is dedicated to helping young athletes achieve their full potential.

For Mickaela, the best part of coaching is witnessing athletes putting feedback to work. When athletes take constructive feedback seriously it improves their overall mental and physical approach to the sport.
