Developmental Coach Lisa R.

Lisa is a Developmental Coach, supporting our Recreational House League Program. Lisa is a highly experienced and skilled coach, who has dedicated much of her life to sports and fitness. With a strong background in soccer, as well as volleyball, she has established herself as a respected player and coach in both sports.

Her athletic journey has taken her to play varsity soccer at McMaster, where she excelled on the field and was recognized as a provincial award winner for two consecutive years. Her athletic pursuits included playing volleyball throughout grade school and high school years, as well as in competitive recreational leagues while she was in university.

Aside from her athletic achievements, Lisa is also a personal trainer and fitness instructor, with a passion for helping others reach their full potential through healthy living and physical activity. She has used her extensive knowledge and experience to coach various teams for several decades, with a focus on soccer.

Lisa is a proud mother of three and has used her skills and experience to not only improve her own athletic abilities, but to inspire and motivate others to reach their goals. With her dedication and commitment to sports and fitness, Lisa is sure to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those she coaches and trains.
