Alison is currently an Assistant Coach for the Recreational House League Program and has a strong volleyball background and a passion for coaching.

With an impressive background as a former middle hitter for McMaster Women’s Varsity Volleyball from 2000 to 2004, she achieved recognition as a Top 8 Academic All-Canadian in 2003. Her dedication to the sport extended to coaching, where she contributed to the Madawaska Volleyball Camp’s 13U program from 2001 to 2003.

In 2006 and 2007, Alison served as an assistant coach for the Niagara Rapids’ 16U team, further honing her coaching skills. The love for volleyball has come full circle as she has a son and daughter who are now young teens and share her interest in the sport.
