Crystal serves as a Developmental Coach, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Recreational House League Program at BYVC. Additionally, she takes on the responsibility of being a Practice Coach for the 15U Vortex team, contributing to the skill development and growth of young athletes in the program.

Crystal’s coaching journey includes serving as an Assistant Coach for both 14U and 15U teams in the past and is a certified Head Coach.

Crystal’s coaching repertoire extends beyond the indoor court, as she has coached in beach leagues for the Norfolk Chaos Volleyball Club.

Beyond coaching, Crystal maintains a vibrant connection to the game by playing twice a week in two recreational leagues in town. Her active participation in the sport not only keeps her skills sharp but also reinforces her passion for volleyball, further enriching her coaching perspective.
