T.J. is the Co-Head Coach of the TLS Girls Fury Team.

Having played the sport as a youth, T.J.’s love for the game has come full circle through his involvement with BYVC, thanks to his oldest daughter’s experience in the club.

Motivated by the wealth of talent displayed during this year’s tryouts, T.J. decided to step up and coach, aiming to provide as many young athletes as possible with the opportunity to play and excel in volleyball.

His coaching philosophy centers around the belief in the transformative power of sports, emphasizing the development of character and life skills. With a focus on teamwork, trust, and effective communication, T.J. hopes to instill values that lead to continuous improvement and adaptability, all while ensuring that the primary goal is to have fun on the court and achieve success along the way.

When not focused on volleyball, he can be found cheering on his younger daughter’s basketball and soccer pursuits alongside his supportive wife.
