Head Coach Lynnsay M.

Lynnsay is the Head Coach for the 15U Girls – Explosion Team, and Assistant Coach with the new TLS Girls – Storm Team.

With more than 35 years of volleyball experience, Lynnsay brings a lifetime of passion, commitment, and leadership to the court. Her love for the sport began in her early school years, where she played competitively throughout elementary and high school. That passion only grew stronger, leading her to compete for three years on her OCAA college varsity volleyball team—an experience that shaped her both as an athlete and as a leader.

Today, Lynnsay is in her second year as Head Coach with BYVC.   She also serves as the Head Coach for the Junior Girls Volleyball Team at Brantford Collegiate Institute, inspiring student-athletes to challenge themselves, grow, and push past their limits.

With a degree in Recreation and Leisure Services, Lynnsay has built her career around leading with integrity and positivity. She is driven by the opportunity to teach, inspire, and witness the transformation of her athletes—from the first practice to the final point of the season. Seeing each player grow in skill, confidence, and teamwork is what fuels her dedication.
